Hmm, Lets talk about this year. Currently, a primary 5 student who has just finished her sa2

exams. I'm seriously not satisfied with my results. Even though I did better than my sa1, I still

think that my studies can be further improved. I really hope that I'll be able to do better, much

better, in all my subjects. Especially, my language subjects, English and Chinese. English has

always been my favourite subject, and Chinese known to be my most hatred one. I hope that

failure will help me to learn from my mistakes, and to work harder next year, and the years to

come. Next year will be PSLE, Primary School Leaving Examination. My goal is to get an

aggregate of 214 and above. That will lead to my second goal, beating my two big brothers in this

big, important and scary(><") examination.

Now, about competitions.. I took part in a few competitions this year. Most of them were really

fun and exciting. Those competitions that I actually remembered were, " Basketball,

Photography, Podcast,Netball(Not really a competition, just a carnival..(still had to versus(vs)

people) and New South Wales IT and English". In our class, Andrea and I are the only ones who

actually went for the competition, as we were known as the "seniors". Well, I don't really know

why they chose me, as my basketball skills are horrible. We lost 2 matches, and won only once.

But, we still had alot of fun, running here and there, passing/dribbling the ball. Zhang lao shi, was

known as our "Lucky Star". That day when she came with us for the competition, we kept

scoring. Hence, we called her our "Lucky Star!" Few months after our basketball competition, in

June. Vikaesh, Andrea, Ramon, Michael, Aravind, Ryan Toh, Wesley, pupils from other classes

and I went back during the June holidays to take part in a Podcast competition. Podcast consists

of recording your voices, making scripts and adding sound effects to your podcast to make it

sound better. Even though we did'nt win, we were still happy. Our title was " The Mr Black

Show". Our team consists of Vikaesh, Andrea, Ramon and I. While the rest were in other teams.

Vikaesh played Mr Black, Ramon Jackie Chan and Alan, Andrea as Suzanna and I as Mrs Tan

and Hannah Wow <--- Lame! I'm not able to explain how much fun with had, but, I can only say... We had LOTS of fun! I really mean LOTS! (: After the podcast competition, again, a month later, Vikaesh, Hui Ee, Jia Yi, Trina, Zane, Ryan Toh, Wesley and I took part in the Nee Soon South Photography competition. Our so called "Instructors or Teachers" were, " Mr Alan Tan, aka Baddie and Uncle Benjamin, a Sec 4 student studying in Presbyterian High. "Uncle" Benjamin was a Semi-pro in photography hence, he taught us more about photography. For the competition, we had to take a photo each and give it a interesting Caption and Description. On the first outing, we went to Bottle Tree Park. It was given it's name "Bottle Tree" as there were many trees there, that actually looked like bottles. A curvy-looking body, just like a bottle X.x I borrowed Mrs Nam camera as I did'nt own any. We spent more then a week, trying to take a perfect shot of something, and to find the absolute caption and description to fit perfectly with it.Again, we had a plentiful of FUN and laughter :D Next, would be the New South Wales Competitions. I took part in the English and IT(Informational Technology) competition. I achieved a Credit for IT and a Participation certificate for English. (The paper was hard okay.. :X) Quite annoyed with Yu Yong and Vikaesh. I was sitting at the same table with them. Vikaesh kept sniffing(Running nose) and Yu Yong kept shaking the table while he erased his writings with the eraser. DUHS><" Could'nt concentrate. I'm not blaming them, I'm just merely "reprimanding" Heee.___." Lastly, Netball competition. 5 words, It sux to the core. I got quite "serverely" sick just because of it. I had a high fever, headache, hand and leg cramp. I HATE IT! I quitted my netball CCA already. It was quite badly taught. Hai yo yo, Mdm Siti is still okay. BUT, Mdm Marayati? (Ps if wrongly spelt..) Oh my goshh, i just hated her. No offence.. Running around, doing warm ups and only playing for half an hour? Atrocious! -.-" Don't feel like talking bout' this anymore, it's making my blood boil.

I had quite alot of CCA's... Just that, I quitted most of them, and I'm only left with 2. Girl guide,

Pottery, Netball, Basketball, Gu Zheng,PA and Ang Klung were my CCA's last time, and Now?

I'm left with basketball, PA and pottery. Basketball includes of Dribbling, Sh00tinq, passing and

most importantly, Teamwork. I've always dreamt of being a basketball professional. Lemme

guess, that will NEVER happen, unless i keep practising. <--- I dun think I will, too lazy :X

On the other hand, Pottery includes of using clay to make vases, pots and other "easily

breakable" stuff. Lastly, PA(Public Announcement).. Mostly, It's about testing the mic, switching

the projector on and other stuff. Mr Tannie is our "teacher and helper" in times of need :X I still

have alot to learn from him. Now, I know most of the skills, only some, those more complicated

ones, I have yet to learn.

By the ways, If you did'nt know, I've learnt a few skills through lessons since young. Piano was

my first. When I was about 5-6 years old, I started going to Yamaha for lessons.Then, when I

got older, my mother sent me to my neighbour, a music teacher, to teach me. I grew up

practising each day, and now... I'm a grade 4 in theory and only grade 3 in practical. I hope that

my piano skills will improve, so that one day, I might be able to play Canon, by Ludwig

Beethovern<--- Wrong spelling :X Dunnoe how to spell... The song is really really nice, and i really want to master it, Just like my da kor kor. Next, when i was around 6-7 years old, my father would bring my brother and I to NUS( National University of Singapore) to swim. When i got better at it, my father got us a coach. His name was Uncle Desmond, he was very funny but also very strict. Usually, he would spray water at my face, using his hands. So cool! lols :X Currently, i own a bronze medal. I failed the first time, but passed the second. During my first try, i almost died. When i was in the waters, I could'nt breathe hence, i almost drowned. I quickly came out of the water, panting like mad.

Next year, I hope i'll win some competitions, do better in my studies and just do and achieve the

best of my ability. I also hope that I'll be a prefect once again! :D Maybe quitting the prefectorial

board was a total REGRET. I'm not very sure... I really don't want to be in, and I also really want

to be in. Confused :X Being a prefect has it's ups and downs. Downs :Getting scolded by teachers

often, going to prefect meetings, doing duties. Ups: "Special attention" and more? ><" I also wish that I'll become the star pupil of my class once again. Like the times in P1 and P2... D: I really miss them. Time has really really flew past really quickly. From a little baby, to a child, soon to be a teen on 23.05.2010 (: or maybe just when I'm sec 1 ><" Hoping won't do the trick, we must WORK HARDDD! yea, I hope i'll be able to. Computer addiction has gotten into me. Playing the com for hours, straining my eyes. Can't be helped, too bored at home... Just don't feel like studying :X LAZY ME! Anyways, I hope I'll be able to go into the same secondary school with my fwenz. Some boys, some girls :X
